Learned A.G.A. is present for the State.
Heard the learned A.G.A. and perused the order passed by Sri M.A. Khan, then learned Sessions Judge, Etah in Criminal Appeal no. 87 of 1995 under sections 498-A and 324 I.P.C. allowing the appeal and setting aside the order of conviction passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah in Crl. Case no. 2066 of 1995, State Vs. Om Prakash and others, under sections 498-A and 324 I.P.C. I have also perused the judgment of the C.J.M. Etah.
The learned Sessions Judge has given cogent reasons for acquitting the accused persons. The impugned order does not suffer from any illegality.
