Hon'ble S.U. Khan, J.

Learned counsel for the applicant prays that the revision may be dismissed as not pressed, however, trial court may be decided the matter expeditiously.

Accordingly, prayer is accepted and revision is dismissed as not pressed.

Trial Court is directed to decided the matter positively within four months from the production of a certified copy of this order. Absolutely no adjournment must be granted to any of the parties. If any adjournment is sought and granted, then it shall be for a very short period and on payment of heavy cost, which shall not be less than Rs.500/- per adjournment.
