This is a writ petition for direction to the respondent no.2 to entertain the revision u/s 56 of Stamp Act.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The power under section 56 of the Stamp Act up to Rs.5 lakh has been delegated to the Commissioner and as such there is no justification to issue a direction.
With this observation, this writ petition is dismissed.
