Heard Sri Mahipal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the direction being given by this Court in Writ Petition No.28947  of 2005 dated 12th April, 2005,  the District Judge, Bijnor has not yet disposed  of the arbitration suit, which is pending before him.

Without going into the controversy despite  the direction given by this Court, Arbitration Suit has not been disposed of , we hope and expect from the District Judge, Bijnor to comply with the order dated 12th April, 2005. Petitioner may file the copy of the order dated 12th April, 2005 along with copy of the order passed today before the District Judge, Bijnor within a week and the District Judge, Bijnor is requested to dispose of the Arbitration Suit within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of certified copy of the order before him.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stand disposed of.
