Hon'ble Ashok Bhushan, J.
Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for quashing the suspension order dated 20.4.2007. The petitioner has been placed under suspension on the ground that the enquiry is contemplated on the charges as mentioned therein. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the charges against the petitioner are not made out. On the relevant date the petitioner was posted elsewhere and was in the V.I.P. duty. He has referred to Traffic Inspectors Daily Checking Report Annexure-8 to the writ petition. He submits that there are no serious allegations against the petitioner and he has been victimised. On the grounds which are pressed in the writ petition the remedy of the petitioner is to make an application giving all relevant facts for revocation of the suspension order. The authority who has passed the suspension order, shall consider the revocation of the suspension order in the event the petitioner makes an application within one week. The application shall be decided within three weeks thereafter in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
