This is a writ petition  against the  F.I.R. dated  7.8.2006, Case Crime No. 588 of 2006, under sections 323 and 364 I.P.C. , P.S.  Chowki Hindan District  Ghaziabad.

We have  heard  the counsel for the  petitioners and the A.G.A. for the State.

We see no  justification  to issue any direction. The writ petition is dismissed.
