This is a writ petition  against the  F.I.R. dated  19.10.2006, Case Crime No. 847 of 2006, under sections  498A, 304B I.P.C and ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S.  Phoolpur District Varanasi.

We have  heard  the counsel for the  petitioners and the A.G.A. for the State.

We see no  justification  to issue any direction. The writ petition is dismissed.
