The record indicates that the accused respondent Lohrey alias Rakesh is confined in District Jail, Agra in some criminal offence but he was brought in police custody on 24.11.2006  and Sri Harish Chand Tewari, learned counsel has been appointed as Amicus curiae on his behalf but he is unable to give the detail of such confinement.

Sri N.S.Chahar, learned counsel for the accused respondents submits that vide order dated 19.4.2007 he was granted two weeks' time to enquire into the matter and furnish the details in regard to the detention of the abovenamed accused respondent but he could not do so. He prays for and is granted ten days' further time to seek necessary instruction in this regard.

Learned AGA shall also get the matter enquired and submit the report in this regard on or before the date fixed.

List on 23.5.2007.

Let a copy of this order be furnished to the learned AGA free of cost and to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the other accused respondents on payment of usual charges by tomorrow.
