Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for mandamus directing the respondents to pay salary of the petitioner and arrears of salary since June, 2004. Petitioner's case is that he is working as junior clerk in New Primary Health Centre, Lehanpur District Mirzapur but he is not being paid salary from June, 2004. For the aforesaid relief the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 19.12.2006 Annexure-4 to the writ petition to the Chief Medical Officer, Mirzapur. The petitioner having already represented the matter to the Chief Medical Officer, ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the respondent 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months.
With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
