Sri A. K.Singh has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent no. 3. Sri V. K.Chandel  has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent no. 4. Learned standing counsel appears for the respondents nO. 1 and 2.  

Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that the petitioner who was working  as Class-IV employee, retired on  30.9.2001. He has received only Rs. 30,000/- against provident fund and other retiral benefits  have not yet been paid.  In the facts of the present case an interim mandamus  is issued to the respondent no. 3  to take all necessary steps  for payment of retiral benefits to the petitioner within a period of two months or to show cause.

List after two months.
