HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Amitava Lala,J.

Hon'ble R.K.Rastogi,J.

The retiral benefit has not been paid to the petitioner inspite of taking voluntary retirement on 7.11.2005. This is an unfortunate situation.  The matter can not be delayed.  Therefore, the petitioner is directed to make a formal representation within a period of seven days from the date of obtaining a certified copy of this order and the same will be considered by the authority concerned within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order upon giving fullest opportunity of hearing and by passing a reasoned order thereon.  For the purpose of effective adjudication a copy of the writ petition alongwith its annexures can be treated as part and parcel of the representation.

Thus, the writ petition is disposed of.

However, no order is passed as to costs.
