Counsel for petitioner, Sri R.G. Tripathi, states that the petitioner may be permitted to file a suit for the disputed amount, for which the present writ petition has been filed.

For filing a suit, the petitioner does not require any permission of this Court in case law permits him to file the suit.

Since, the petitioner has prayed for dismissal of the writ petition as not pressed because he intends to file a suit, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
