HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Ashok Bhushan, J.

Heard counsel for the petitioner .

By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for mandamus commanding the respondents  to provide regular pay scale  to the petitioner which is  admissible to a regular Group D employee.  Further prayer is that the pay be fixed in the  revised pay scale in accordance with law.

In the writ petition it is not stated that the petitioner has submitted representation to the respondent no. 2  claiming the aforesaid relief.  No mandamus can be issued without first raising the claim before the authority competent. If so advised the petitioner may make detailed representation to the respondent no. 2  for considering his aforesaid claim as raised in the writ petition.

With the above observations the writ petition is dismissed..
