This appeal is listed today for considering the prayer for bail on behalf of the appellants.

We have heard learned counsel for the appellants Sri S.K. Chaturvedi and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the lower court record and the order of Sessions Judge.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the role of the appellants is causing single blow upon the head of the deceased. The other co-accused have already been released on bail by this Court in the connected criminal appeals.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the appellants are admitted to bail.
Pending appeal, the appellants, Santosh and Lokendrra Singh, convicted and sentenced in S.T. No. 194 of 1998 (State Vs. Mahendra Singh & others) shall be released on bail on each of them executing personal bonds and on furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the court concerned.
Realisation of fine shall remain stayed.
