The petitioner was the Chairman of the Nagar Panchayat. The order was passed on 5.3.2002 that the account will be jointly operated. Counsel for the petitioner states that the fresh election has been held. The writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of this, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
