Sri Subodh Kumar has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. He prays for and is allowed six weeks to file counter affidavit.  Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List on expiry of the aforesaid period.

In the meantime the respondents shall proceeded to conclude the enquiry and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suspension is prolonging and the enquiry has also not been completed. In view of above the respondents may proceed to conclude the enquiry and take final decision expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
