Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel. In view of the order which is being passed no notice is being issued to the respondents No. 2 and 3.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for mandamus directing the respondents to pay regular pension as due to the petitioner along with interest. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that the petitioner who was working on the post of peon, retired on 31.12.2004 and thereafter he has submitted several representations for payment of retiral benefits which has not yet been considered . The petitioner has annexed copy of the representation dated 25.1.2007 Annexure-4 to the writ petition . Ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.21.2007 and take appropriate decision expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order .
With the above observation the writ petition is disposed of.
