Hon'ble S.U. Khan, J.

Learned counsel for the opposite party states that executing proceedings have concluded. This revision is directed against order dated 21.04.2001 rejecting objections of applicant judgment debtor under Section 47, C.P.C. As execution itself has come to an end, hence this revision has become infructuous.

Along with this revision, no stay application was filed, hence no stay order was granted.

Accordingly, revision is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to applicant to file application for recall of this other, in case matter still sruvives.
