Brijesh Kumar And Another v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - A No. 2534 of 2007 RD-AH 981 (16 January 2007)
Court No. 38
Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 2534 of 2007
Brijesh Kumar & another
State of U.P and others
Petitioners have approached this Court requesting therein that a writ in the nature of mandamus be issued directing the respondents to pay salary for the period since 14.12.1991 to 11.07.1994 and to count the said period towards determination of petitioners' seniority alongwith all consequential service benefits.
Brief background of the case is that pursuant to the order passed by this Court petitioners were sent for requisite police training as Constable and after petitioners have completed their training then they have been accorded placement.
Benefit which has been claimed by the petitioners is not at all subscribed by law. Apart from this relief which has been sought to be claimed by the petitioners after 12 years is not at all liable to be extended to them.
Consequently, writ petition is totally misconceived as it has been framed and drawn, as such present writ petition is dismissed.
No orders as to cost.
