This is a writ petition for direction to the respondents not to harass and arrest the petitioner in case crime no. 205 of 2004 under sections 12(1A), Passport Act, 1967, and section 14 of the Foreigners' Act, 1946 police station Sadar Bazar district Saharanpur.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A for the respondents.

The police is making  investigation in connection with  the crime. We see no justification to interfere in this matter.

The writ petition is dismissed.
