This writ petition has been filed raising the grievance that the petitioner has filed Motor Accident Claim Tribunal in the year, 1990, which has not yet been decided.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the writ petition requesting the respondent no.1, Learned Presiding Officer of the Tribunal, Varanasi to conclude the trial of the said Motor Accident Claim Petition No.149 of 1990 expeditiously, preferably within a period of  nine months from the date of filing of certified copy of the order before the respondent no.1 i.e. Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Varanasi.
