   The grievance of the petitioner as pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that although a chak has been alloted to the petitioner but possession has not been delivered.

      Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will file a fresh representation before the Deputy Director Consolidation in respect of this prayer. In case such a representation is filed along with a certified copy of this order the Deputy Director Consolidation shall look into the matter and shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously.

       With the above directions the writ petition is disposed of finally.
