1. Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to  implead ACJM Ist, Bareilly as respondent no.4.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to decide the criminal case no. 1293 of 2002 pending before respondent no. 4 expeditiously.

3. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and the AGA for the respondents. The criminal case may be decided according to length of pendency of criminal cases in that court. With this observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
