CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINEY MITTAL
PRESENT:- Mr. Satish Goel, Advocate, for the appellant.
. . .
The plaintiff has succeeded before both the Courts below.
The claim of the plaintiff was decreed by the learned Trial Court alongwith interest at the rate of 12%. The learned first Appellate Court has reduced the interest to 6%. The plaintiff has now filed the present appeal, claiming further interest.
After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, I do not find any justification to interfere in the findings recorded by the learned first Appellate Court. The interest has been granted keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case.
Nothing has been shown that the findings recorded by the R.S.A. NO.3375 OF 2005
learned first Appellate Court suffer from any infirmity or are contrary to the record.
No question of law, much less any substantial question of law arises in the present appeal.
