This writ petition has been filed with a prayer for quashing the notification dated 01.03.2006.
It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that during the pendency of this petition, notification dated 13.07.2006 has been issued granting some relief to the petitioners. In view of said development, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for claiming any other relief not granted by the respondents.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the contention raised, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to any fresh petition being filed in accordance with law.
