The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

for registration of a criminal case against respondents No.4 and 5.

In the petition, it has been stated that when the FIR was not registered, the petitioner also approached the Superintendent of Police, Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar, but till date no action has been taken.

After hearing the counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to again make a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar and if any such representation is made, the same will be looked into.
