HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE S.N.AGGARWAL
Present: Mr.P.L.Verma, Advocate
for the petitioner.

The relief claimed by the petitioner in the instant petition is that order dated 5.7.2005 (Annexure P-1) be quashed and direction be issued to the respondent to pay her salary in respect of the suspension period.
Learned State counsel has placed on record a copy of the order dated 5.9.2006 which shows that the petitioner had already retired from Government service on 31.5.2006 and therefore, the suspension order has been withdrawn the period of suspension i.e. 30.6.2005 to 31.5.2006 has been ordered to be treated as duty period for all intents and purposes. Copy of the order dated 5.9.2006/13.11.2006 has taken on record as marked `A'. However, the grievance which survives on behalf of the petitioner is that neither the pay w.e.f. 30.6.2005 C.W.P.No.12257 of 2006
to 31.5.2006 has been made to the petitioner nor the retiral benefits have been released.
Learned State counsel, on instructions, states that needful would be done within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Order.
The writ petiton stands disposed of in view of the above terms.
