The prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated July 23, 2006 (P-8) as per law in the light of Asha Rani's case (CWP NO. 3906 of 2005) and the notification of the State Government based upon Satbir Singh's case i.e.
Civil Writ Petition No. 4382 of 2003 (P-9) and give the pay scale of RS.5450-8000 to the present petitioner as has been awarded to her C.W.P. No. 18000 of 2006 
colleagues having same qualification and performing same duties in the education Department.
For the aforementioned relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already got served a legal notice dated 23.7.2006 (P-8), upon the respondents.
Without going into the merits of the case, we deem it just and appropriate to direct the respondents to take cognizance of the legal notice sent by the petitioner and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented to him. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be meritorious and decided in her favour then the benefit accruing to the petitioner shall be given within a further period of two months thereafter. It shall be appreciated if a speaking order is passed.
Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
