On behalf of the State, it is stated that in the report of second sample, contents of Diacetylemorphine had been found.
According to the State, police is now going to cancel the FIR.
This is petition for quashing order dated 21.2.2006 passed by Judge, Special Court, Amritsar whereby request of the prosecution was allowed to draw the second sample.
In view of the fact that the sample taken in view of the order has also been found to be not having Diacetylemorphine and police is going to file cancellation report, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous and is directed to be filed.
