Learned Counsel for the parties jointly state that the matrimonial dispute has since been compromise between the parties and in terms thereof a sum of Rs. 2 lacs has been paid to the complainant-wife by way of two banks drafts, No.123095 dt. 5.11.2005 and 894110 dt. 25.8.2005 for Rs.1,90,000/- and Rs.10,000/- respectively, towards her claim for permanent alimony/maintenance and/or the dowry articles, etc. They further inform that a written compromise deed has been executed and necessary steps towards dissolution of marriage and/or quashing of criminal proceedings in terms thereof shall be taken by them separately.
For the reasons aforementioned, the interim order dated July 5, 2005 is made absolute.
