This is petition for issuance of directions to the respondent to release the petitioner on parole for house repair.
According to the petitioner, he is confined in Borstal Jail, Hisar as convict. He had made application to the Superintendent, Borstal Jail, Hisar copy Annexure P-1 on 10.5.2006 for parole but no action has been taken.
Counsel for the petitioner argues that such applications should have been decided within a period of 36 days in all as per the instructions of the State Government.

Sh. Y.P. Malik, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State, on the asking of the Court.
After hearing counsel for the parties, it is directed that the petitioner shall file fresh application for parole to Superintendent, Borstal Jail, Hisar, who shall got it decided within a period of three months from the date, the application is presented.
With this observation, petition stands disposed of.
