This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash orders dated 4.10.2006, (Annexure P/3) and 10.11.2006 (Annexure P/4) respectively. Vide order, Annexure P/3, the petitioner was put under suspension. He went in appeal and vide order Annexure P/4, notice in appeal was issued for 24.11.2006. It is grievance of the petitioner that despite prayer made, the interim stay has not been granted.
A reading of the order, Annexure P/4, indicates that probably, application for interim stay was not considered.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Civil Writ Petition No.18104 of 2006 2
No.1 to take up and dispose of the application of the petitioner for interim stay by passing a reasoned and speaking order, on the date fixed in the appeal.
