The petitioners apprehending their arrest in a complaint case No.167 filed by the respondent under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, titled "M/s. Radical Health Technologies Versus M/s.
Sigma Diagnostics Ltd.", pending in the court of JMIC, Amritsar, have filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.
Counsel for the petitioners contends that in terms of the interim order dated September 26, 2006, the petitioners had appeared before the trial Court and furnished their bail bonds which have been accepted and attested vide order dated November 15, 2006. A certified copy of the said order is placed on the record. He further states that the petitioners undertake to this Court that in future they will continuously appear before the court concerned.
In view of the aforesaid fact, the interim order dated September 26, 2006 is made absolute with the condition that the petitioners will regularly appear in the aforesaid case on each and every date.
Disposed of accordingly.
