On behalf of the State, a date is again requested.
Case is for the offence under Section 22 of the NDPS Act.
Allegations against the present petitioner are that he had kept in his possession 2500 tablets of Momobit, 200 tablets of Nitrazepam, 190 injections of Antil, 70 injections of Avil and 160 injections of Rexogesic and did not have any licence.
Counsel for the petitioner argues that the total quantity of narcotic found during chemical examination report and otherwise also in the articles, so recovered was less than the commercial quantity.

Report of Forensic Science Laboratory, Chandigarh copy Annexure P-2 has been relied on in this connection.
Petitioner is stated to be in custody for the last four months.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the trial Court to its satisfaction.
