This is petition for grant of anticipatory bail. Case is for the offence under Sections 306/34 IPC, registered at the instance of Harmel Singh, brother of Hakam Singh deceased.
Balwinder Kaur happens to be wife of Hakam Singh whereas Sohan Singh is brother of Balwinder Kaur.
From the FIR, it would come out that as per the allegations levelled, Hakam Singh had died by taking drinks. Police thereafter had prepared inquest report and had found that the death may be natural due to consumption of liquor. However, when viscera was sent to chemical examiner, it was found to be containing aluminum phosphate.

On behalf of the petitioners, it is argued that it is a false case and the petitioners have been falsely involved.
The case relates to death of a person. Custodial interrogation of suspected persons shall be necessary.
