JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the respondents states that directions issued by this Court on18.12.2003 in CWP No.2413 of 2003 (P-2) have been complied with and the water course marked as FG has been restored after dismantling water course marked as CD.

In view of the above, no further proceedings are necessary. Rule is discharged.
