CWP No. 12984 of 2006 2
Learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently contends, that the grievance of the petitioner does not relate to the place of his posting on account of the issuance of the impugned order of transfer dated 10.8.2006, but the grievance is on account of non-preparation of revenue records at the hands of respondent No.3. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 acknowledges the obligation of respondent No.3 to prepare and submit the revenue records pertaining to Makhi Kalan, while he remained posted there, in terms of the instructions of the State government.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.3, we are satisfied, that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive any further. The instant writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
