State of Punjab and another ....Respondents.
CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE J.S. KHEHAR
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.D. ANAND
PRESENT: Mr.Sandeep Chopra, Advocate
for the petitioner.
J.S. Khehar, J. (oral)
Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner has impugned the order of his transfer dated 14.11.2006 (Annexure P-4). A perusal of the aforesaid order reveals, that the same is based on express directions of the Deputy Chief Minister, Punjab. There are no allegations of mala fides or extraneous considerations levelled by the petitioner against the Deputy Chief Minister, Punjab. In fact, the Deputy Chief Minister has not been arrayed as a party respondent in the instant writ petition.
In view of the above, we find no merit in the claim raised by the petitioner.
