JUDGMENT:

On 6.5.2004 the hearing of the petition was adjourned sine die because respondents have placed on record order Annexure R-2 passed by the Supreme Court staying the contempt proceedings pending the S.L.P.

In view of the above nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings. Accordingly, rule is discharged. The petitioner may, if so advised, file a fresh petition depending on the orders of Supreme Court.
