JUDGMENT:
On 6.8.2004 the hearing of the petition was adjourned sine die, awaiting decision of S.L.P. (Civil) No.6155 of 2004, wherein the proceedings in the instant contempt have been stayed.
In view of the above nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings. Accordingly, rule is discharged. The petitioner may, if so advised, file a fresh petition depending on the orders of Supreme Court.
