Mr.Nagra states that as the matter has now been decided by the District Collector, Ropar, in pursuance of the order passed by the Financial Commissioner, therefore, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. He states that the petitioner may challenge the order of the District Collector before the Commissioner.
In view of the statement made by Mr.Nagra, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of the Collector before the competent authority in accordance with law.
