Learned counsel for the petitioners states that circular dated 15.4.2006, which is subject matter of challenge in the instant writ petition has now been withdrawn and the grievance made by the petitioners has been redressed and, therefore, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
The circular has already been taken on record as 'Mark A', which is dated 19.7.2006. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
