This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to respondent no.2 to register FIR.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent / State states that since no complaint has been received , therefore, the same could be considered for taking action under Section 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This petition is disposed of with the observations that in case, the petitioner files a complaint before respondent no.2 Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, an inquiry would be conducted and the same would be disposed of within one month. In case commission of cognizable offence is reflected, appropriate directions would be issued in accordance with law.
