This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR bearing No. 196 dated 7.10.2004, under Sections 420, 406 IPC, Police Station Model Town , Ludhiana.
Notice of motion was issued. Reply has been filed in Court today. As per reply , after conclusion of investigation, challan was presented in Court. Charges were framed on 16.7.2005. The matter is at evidence stage and out of five prosecution witnesses, two have already been examined along-with the complainant.
Considering the stage of the case as given out in the reply, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner says that it may be dismissed as not pressed.
Dismissed as not pressed.
