This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by Hitesh Kumar Sharma for quashing of complaint dated 18.4.2005, pending consideration in Police Station Sector 19, Panchkula, filed by respondent No.2, though on the basis of said complaint, no FIR has been registered so far.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that written compromise has been arrived at between the petitioner's wife and respondent No.2 and in view of the compromise, both the parties have decided not to pursue the complaint filed against each other. In view of this fact, counsel states that the petitioner does not want to press this petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
