Petitioner Pritam Singh has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 226 dated 2.12.2005 under Sections 420/466/468/471/474/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 3, Chandigarh, and the subsequent proceedings.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points raised in this petition at the appropriate stage of trial, including the stage of framing of charge.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
