Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there have been some proceedings in pursuance to an application filed by the petitioner. The respondent has paid rent on the statement made by the petitioner that he was to withdraw the instant proceedings.
In view of above, nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings. Rule is discharged.
