The petitioners have claimed that representation dated 2.11.2006 (Annexure P7) has been sent by the petitioner to the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Sector 2, Panchkula, under registered cover. In that regard, learned counsel for the petitioners has also placed reliance on the postal receipt dated 2.11.2006, which has been shown to us. Accordingly, at this stage, we, without going into the merits of the case, direct respondent No.3 or any officer appointed by respondent No.3 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 to take cognizance of the representation made by the petitioners and decide the same within C.W.P.No. 18304 of 2006 2
a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. If the petitioners are found entitled to the information sought, then the same be also furnished to them within the aforementioned period, so as to enable them to proceed against it in accordance with the law.
The petition is disposed of in terms stated above.
Copy of the order be given dasti on the payment of usual charges.
