The petitioner made a prayer in the instant petition that impugned order dated 8.11.2006 (Annexure P1) be quashed vide which the petitioner has been transferred from G.H. Hisar to C.H.C. Sisabola being illegal, wrong, malafide, arbitrary and violative of guidelines issued by the Government.

Before approaching this Court, the petitioner has not made any representation to the respondents bringing to their notice the issues raised in the instant petition. Therefore, we deem it just and appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing a comprehensive representation before the respondents No.2 by bringing to his notice all the grounds taken in this petition. Let a representation be made under a Registered A.D. Cover within a period of one week and if that be done, then respondent No.2 shall pass a speaking order on the representation C.W.P.No.19114 of 2006 2

made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
