CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JASBIR SINGH
Present: Shri Sandeep Kotla, Advocate for the petitioners JUDGMENT

Vide order, under challenge, objection application of the petitioners, in a pending execution, was dismissed. The executing Court has noticed that vide judgment and decree dated 28.10.1999, the petitioners were directed to remove the construction, which they have raised over the property, in dispute. Executing Court has said that the decree be executed to that extent only. The executing Court is not supposed to go beyond the decree passed, as such, contention of counsel for the petitioners, that he has not raised any construction over the property, in dispute, is of no help to him.
